These Rocky Basics 8" Duty Boots are assembled in the United States following the USPS 89 regulations; crafted from American-made materials and have been certified by the US Postal Service. The upper on these black postal boots is made from hardy full-grain leather. The lace-up design that goes up the front of these men's boots allows you to fine-tune the fit to your liking.

Since you are constantly on your feet, this Basics boot has a Terra Suspension™ footbed. While this full-length boot insert is lightweight, it offers supportive cushioning and will keep your feet comfortable and relaxed. An Aegis Microbe Shield® treatment has been applied to keep odor, mold, and/or mildew from materializing within these boots.

On chilly days, the 400 grams of Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation will keep your feet warm. This insulation is great because it is lightweight and won't hinder the great fit of these work boots.

The non-metallic stabilizer improves the solidity of these Rocky Basics boots; it allows you to walk through scanners speedily because you will not be slowed down by a buzzing alarm sounding.

The outsole is lightweight, so you will be able to sustain an effortless stride. The polyurethane (PU) and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) materials have also met all of the prerequisites to make certain that you will receive the most from its oil and slip resistance.
