The shopping cart simply adds merchandise at the 'regular price'. If you are spending your entire allowance, simply keep adding items to your cart until you reach your 'full allowance add 10% discount'. Here is a link to that chart...
If you do choose to go over that amount, please provide a personal Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card for the difference. If no personal card is provided for the overage, the order may be adjusted.
The card is not activated. Call Citibank at 800-287-5003, press 4 when she starts speaking, enter you postal card number, the expiration date, she will tell you your allowance and anniversary date, continue to listen, she will say "to activate your card..... only after completing this process is the card activated.
The second reason for a delay in our ability to process an order is the Expiration Date on the card. Entering the wrong expiration date on an order is an extremely common error.... look at it twice, please.
Orders received by 3pm (CST)
will be shipped, priority mail on the same day!
You should receive your order within 1-4 days, depending
on your location! Orders taken after 3pm on Friday
or anytime Saturday or Sunday will be shipped and billed
the following Monday.
